What happens if I don't pay my journey to the free flow tolling of Boulay on time?
D+72 hours - You forget to pay within 72 hours? You receive a payment notice with the toll price and a surcharge of €90*.
If you pay within 15 days of this notice, the fixed penalty is reduced to €10 + toll price.
D+70 - If your passage is not paid within 70 days, you will receive an increased class IV fine of 375€.
Please note that penalties are applied to each passage at the toll. This means that for a return journey made on the same day, you will receive 2 payment notices of €90 each to be paid in addition to the toll amount.
* If it is the first time, you will receive a reminder letter specifying the amount to be paid and the payment methods.
